Located at 13820 Sunrise Valley Drive, the 10-story, 267,350-square-foot state-of-the-art South Lake office building will feature an adjacent four-level parking structure, as well as striking architecture by the firm Noritake Associates. The building will offer nearly column-free floor plates with 9' ceilings, an upscale lobby finished with wood and glass accents and a slate floor, and an efficient core design. South Lake affords additional growth and expansion within the office park on adjacent sites, with more than 500,000 additional square feet planned and ready-to-build.

South Lake at Dulles Corner is a part of the Dulles Corner office park, which consists of approximately two million square feet of Class A master-planned office and hotel space. Dulles Corner has garnered numerous awards highlighting its distinctive architecture and landscaping.
