WALNUT, Calif. - Oregon's Ryan Brandel climbed to third all-time for the Ducks with his runner-up mark of 238 feet in the javelin competition at the Mt. San Antonio College Mt. San Antonio College (commonly called Mt. SAC; pronounced as the word "sack") is a community college located in the Los Angeles suburb of Walnut, California, next to California State Polytechnic University, Pomona which is just over a hill.

The Ducks, led by Derek Sipe's second-place finish, shot a three-round total of 844 to beat the host Sun Devils by three strokes. Sipe shot a 1-over 73 on Sunday and finished three shots back of medalist Charlie Beljan of New Mexico.

CORVALLIS - Mia Longfellow drew a bases-loaded walk to cap a four-run seventh inning as the Oregon State softball team rallied to defeat Washington 5-4 on Sunday.
