Branded Media Elects Multi-Media Executive to Its Board of Directors.

NEW YORK -- Branded Media Corporation (PINK SHEETS:BMCP) has elected former Chairman and CEO of Manex Entertainment, Gary Kucher, to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Kucher was hired as CEO of Manex Entertainment in November 2000 which, through its operating divisions and subsidiaries, operated full service facilities in Los Angeles and the former Navel Air Station in Alameda California that accommodated feature film, television, commercial and event productions with visual effects, post production, a complete range proprietary and non-proprietary rental equipment and full service production offices, studios and stage space. In January of 2001, he also became Chairman of the Board of Directors and served in both capacities until departing his Company positions in November 2004.

Manex Entertainment, through several wholly owned subsidiaries, developed the extraordinary effects that won Academy Awards(R) for Polygram's "What Dreams May Come" and Warner Bros.' "The Matrix." The Company also contributed visual effects to box-office successes such as Warner Bros.' "Romeo Must Die," NBA Entertainment/Giant Screen Sports' "Jordan to the Max," DreamWorks' "American Beauty," Disney's "Mighty Joe Young" and "Armageddon," Paramount's "Mission: Impossible 2" and "Bless the Child." More recent projects include Warner Bros.' "13 Ghosts" and "Queen Of The Damned," Sony Pictures' "The Animal," the Coen Brothers' picture "The Man Who Wasn't There," and Sony/Columbia's "Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon," which earned the 2000 Golden Horse Award (China) for Best Visual Effects. Manex Entertainment won The 2002 Best Experimental Short Subject award at the New York Film and Video Festival for its production "Seriality". In October 2003, Manex Entertainment presented a concert to benefit the Mercer County Film and Performing Arts Commission featuring Luciano Pavarotti at the Sovereign Bank Arena in Trenton, New Jersey.

In addition to his success at Manex Entertainment, Mr. Kucher has extensive experience in the structure, management and capital formation of middle market private and public companies. His experience spans many industries, including manufacturing, e-commerce, domestic and international licensing, real estate development, casino gaming and entertainment. Mr. Kucher has been active on the Board of Directors of a number of companies and has provided advisory services or interim management to both private and public companies in numerous engagements. In 2003, Mr. Kucher received visual effects screen credit for the blockbuster hits "The Matrix Reloaded" and "The Matrix Revolutions".
