The Company's second quarter revenues were $12.9 million compared to $12.6 million during the same period last year. BrandPartners' revenue for the 6 month period ending June 30, 2006 was $24.0 million compared to $27.1 million during the same period ending in 2005. Interest expense for the 6 month period ending June 30, 2006 was ($717,812) compared to ($644,601) in that same time period in 2005. James F.
