New features include committee information, updates, how to contribute, the 2002 annual report and contributor listings, in addition to a homepage with links that answer the who, what, when and how questions that often surface when referring to BNEF, the International Trademark Association's educational foundation.

Some of the more well-known programs of the Foundation include the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court A method of teaching law and legal skills that requires students to analyze and argue both sides of a hypothetical legal issue using procedures modeled after those employed in state and federal appellate courts.  Competition, the Ladas Memorial Awards, the University Scholarship Program and the Pattishall Medal. Fundraising
 Gala Event, held every year during the International Trademark Association's Annual Meeting, is an opportunity to recognize the Foundation's many contributors and volunteers from around the world, and provides a showcase to highlight the accomplishments of the scholarship and award recipients who have distinguished themselves through the Foundation's various programs in the past year.
