Branches' financial status. (Branch Business).Thank you for your tremendous help in responding to our recent mailings regarding our Branches' financial status. In June 2001, we sent a mailing requesting all ACEI Branches to submit a Branch Financial Report, along with the most current bank account statement. If you have not already sent this information, we must again ask for your assistance so that our reporting requirements will be fulfilled. Please contact us at Headquarters to receive a Branch Financial Report form, and please fill out it and send it to ACEI Headquarters as soon as possible. Remember, this information is required for ACEI's annual audit, which is currently in progress. The official name of the ACEI Branch should appear as the name on the account. As another reminder, it is important that all ACEI Branches have two signatories on its bank account(s). Both of these signatories should have access to the account, so in the event that one person is unavailabile another person will have access to the Branch account and can conduct Branch business. Adding a signature to a bank account is easy--simply contact your bank and request an account signature card. Once you fill it out, you can either mail it to the bank or drop it off in person. Please always remember to notify ACEI Headquarters of any changes in your Branch bank account(s) information.
