Please contact us at Headquarters to receive a Branch Financial Report form, and please fill out it and send it to ACEI Headquarters as soon as possible. Remember, this information is required for ACEI's annual audit, which is currently in progress. The official name of the ACEI Branch should appear as the name on the account. As another reminder, it is important that all ACEI Branches have two signatories on its bank account(s). Both of these signatories should have access to the account, so in the event that one person is unavailabile another person will have access to the Branch account and can conduct Branch business. Adding a signature to a bank account is easy--simply contact your bank and request an account signature card. Once you fill it out, you can either mail it to the bank or drop it off in person. Please always remember to notify ACEI Headquarters of any changes in your Branch bank account(s) information.
