Branch renewal: Successful branch revitalization is possible for
large traditional banks, according to a new report from Financial
Insights. Entitled, "A Bold Step for a Big Bank: CIBC Branch
Renewal," the report examines the Canadian Imperial Bank of
Commerce's program to renew its decaying branch automation
infrastructure. The bank's efforts provide a model for other large
institutions to follow, Financial Insights says.
