Bramalea Inc. issues announcement.


TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 6, 1995--Bramalea Inc. announced today that after discussions with International Realty Investors, L.L.C. and some of its major lenders it was unable to reach an agreement with IRI Iri (ē`rē`), former city, North Jeolla (Cholla) prov., SW South Korea. An agricultural center and transportation hub, it was absorbed into Iksan.  as a proposed investor.

Bramalea management intends to focus on developing a new proposal in consultation with its major creditors and potential investors that have indicated an interest in the company in order to maximize value for its creditors and other stakeholders Stakeholders

All parties that have an interest, financial or otherwise, in a firm-stockholders, creditors, bondholders, employees, customers, management, the community, and the government.
. Management intends to keep all stakeholders advised as this proposal proceeds.

 stay Order obtained on March 1, 1995, Bramalea submitted its cash flow principles with the Ontario Court of Justice The Ontario Court of Justice is a Provincial Court for the Canadian province of Ontario. This court oversees matters relating to family law and criminal law.

This court is subordinate in relationship to the "superior" courts.
 (General Division) on March 3, 1995 covering the period from and including Feb. 28, 1995 to and including April 24, 1995.

With assets of $4.1 billion, Bramalea owns and/or manages 36 million square feet of commercial property, including a large Canadian shopping center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region.
