Sales for the third quarter amounted to $1.62 million, compared to sales of $2.69 million during the same period last year. The Company's gross profit percentage for the third quarter was 32.6% compared to 20.2% for the same quarter last year. The gross profit percentage improved from 20.9% for the nine months ending September 2000 to 34.5% for the same period ending September 2001, an increase of 65.1%. Net loss after amortization and interest charges for the nine months ending September 30, 2001 amounted to $5.27 million compared $6.96 million for the same period ending 2000, which represents an improvement of $1.69 million or 24.3 %.
