Under the terms of the agreement GlobalNet, which provides online financial news, content and transaction execution services, will be able to enhance the breadth of its services by offering visitors to its high traffic sites the means to buy and download mobile software titles. BrainDock.com will provide the e-commerce technology, infrastructure and transaction support to GlobalNet behind its expanding family of financial portals. Mobile software titles will be stored in BrainDock's digital warehouse and downloaded to site visitors' mobile devices once a purchase is made through one of GlobalNet's portals. In the three months to March 2000, these portals attracted 58 million page views - an increase of some 120 percent over the previous quarter.
