By partnering with BrainWorks Ventures, BizTech's incubator incubator, apparatus for the maintenance of controlled conditions in which eggs can be hatched artificially. Incubator houses with double walls of mud, a fireroom, and several compartments each holding about 6,000 hens' eggs were developed in ancient times; the  clients will benefit from the Venture Development Program. Delivered to start-up entities, this proprietary methodology program will accelerate their ability to develop robust business models and raise capital. Schwartz, currently CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  and a founding member of the corporation, will assume the additional responsibilities of the president's office. Pat Porto, Executive Manager since March 2001, will become the company's new Corporate Secretary.
