Brain injury boy in jail.

A BRAIN-damaged teenager was yesterday sent back to prison, despite concerns that he will attempt suicide.

Dublin Children's Court heard that the 17-year-old from south Dublin South Dublin (Irish: Contae Átha Cliath Theas) is a county in the Republic of Ireland. The centre of local government of South Dublin is Tallaght. , who can't be named, has a troubled past and was injured in a car accident three years ago.

South Western Area Health Board has not been able to find him a place in a suitable unit, so he's had to stay in prison despite his case being highlighted on RTE (1) See runtime engine.

Judge Bridget Reilly remanded the boy and sent him back to Cloverhill Prison for one week on suicide watch.

She also told the health board to report back with an update on their progress.
