Brady Corporation expands manufacturing in Southern China.

DONGGUAN, China -- Brady Corporation (NYSE:BRC), an international manufacturer of identification, specialty tapes, graphics and safety products, has expanded its operations in Southern China with a new manufacturing, warehouse and office facility in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, which officially opened earlier this month.

The three-story, 62,640-square-foot facility, located in the Guangcheng Technology Park, will provide more extensive local support and products to both local and multi-national customers. Manufacturing at the Dongguan facility will include high-performance labels for the electronics markets and die-cut materials for telecommunications and hard-disc drive manufacturers. Capabilities at the expanded facility include precision die-cutting; silk-screen and thermal-transfer label printing and converting; and other value added services. The facility also maintains a Class 100 Clean Room manufacturing environment.
