) Board of Directors has announced an increase in its quarterly dividend to shareholders of the company's Class A Common Stock, from $0.21 to $0.22 per share. The dividend will be paid on November 1, 2004, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 11, 2004. This dividend represents the 19th consecutive year the company has increased dividends since going public in 1984.
