Bradner Signs Letter Of Intent With Bestshot.com.

Bradner Ventures Ltd. (OTCBB:BVLTF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has signed a letter of intent pursuant to which the Company intends to purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares of Bestshot.com Inc. ("Bestshot") at a deemed price of US$1.00 per share.

Bestshot is a Nevada company which currently has 20,600,000 shares issued and outstanding. Closing of the acquisition is subject to a number of conditions, including the preparation and execution of a definitive acquisition agreement and approval by the Company's shareholders. The parties anticipate that the acquisition will close on or before August 31, 2001.(i)

Bestshot is a provider of computer generated digital video images and clips, stock footage and related services, to the design and broadcast industry. Bestshot officially launched its fully operational web-site www.bestshot.com in April of 2001 at the NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) conference Las Vegas, Nevada. As a direct result of its success at NAB, Bestshot was invited by "Belief," a leading North American design and production company of Santa Monica, CA., to co-sponsor the recently held BDA (Broadcasters Design Association) conference in Miami, Florida. As part of the acquisition the Company has agreed to lend to Bestshot, on an unsecured basis, up to Cdn$350,000 prior to the closing of the acquisition. To date, the Company has lent to Bestshot an aggregate of Cdn$200,000. Also prior to closing, the Company has agreed to effect a 2:1 reverse split (consolidation) of its issued and outstanding share capital and has agreed to complete a private placement of its common shares to raise a minimum of US$750,000, at no less than US$1.00 per share (post consolidation).
