Bradley Rowe Reassumes Role of PUMATECH President.

Rowe has reassumed the role of Company president, effective immediately. Going forward, Rowe, 40, will serve as PUMATECH's president and CEO, while also remaining a member of the Company's Board of Directors. Rowe was PUMATECH's president and CEO for more than six years, from the Company's founding to February 2000.

Former PUMATECH President and COO Stephen A. Meyer is leaving the Company to pursue other business opportunities.
