(OTCBB:WLSA), a leading supplier of solutions to the Canadian wireless communications industry, today announced on behalf of the Board of Directors that John Simmonds has stepped down as CEO, effective September 12, 2005, and Brad Poulos, the current President has been appointed to the position. Mr. Simmonds will remain Chairman.
