Bradhurst Carriage House goes for SoHo in Sugar Hill.

Manhattan Lofts recently commenced the sale of eight condominium lofts in the historic Sugar Hill district of Harlem. The SoHo-style lofts are located in the Bradhurst Carriage House at 458 W. 146th St, at the corner of Amsterdam Avenue.

The lofts range in size from 1,800 to 3,000 square feet and boast 8-foot windows, 12-to-14-foot high ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, ample public and private outdoor spaces, private gardens and elevator access. Luxury loft amenities such as stainless steel appliances, marble and granite finishes, hardwood floors and ADT alarm systems have also been installed. Loft prices start at $890,000.

Built as a horse stable in the late 1800s, the carriage house is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The building has been gut-renovated and is being restored for mid-year occupancy as legal live-work spaces.

Manhattan Lofts is providing exclusive sales and marketing for the Bradhurst Carriage House.
