Braddish performs $63m feat for firm.


Keith Braddish, a senior director in L.J. Melody & Company's New York New York, state, United States

Braddish secured acquisition financing in the amount of $19.725 million for Dadeland Towers North--9200, 9300 and 9350 South Dadeland Boulevard--in Miami, Fla. The property is located in the Kendall submarket of Miami. The property was acquired by Cabot Investment Properties LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

Acquisition financing in the amount of $6.95 million was secured for Avondale Fiesta Shopping Center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into  in Avondale, Az. The Center contains 125,535 s/f of space on a 17.25-acre site. Citigroup Capital Markets provided the funding on behalf of Western America Equities.

Acquisition financing in the amount of $24.5 million was secured for Newington Commons in New Britain New Britain, city, United States
New Britain, industrial city (1990 pop. 75,491), Hartford co., central Conn.; settled c.1686, inc. 1871. The tin shops and brassworks in the city were established in the 18th cent.
, Conn. Located at 600 Hartford Road, the property is an 189,724 s/f, two-building power center, consisting of a 183,365 s/f big box strip and a 6,359 s/f freestanding pad property. Fixed rate, acquisition financing in the amount of $4.5 million was secured for 465 Cleveland Ave. in Columbus, Ohio Columbus is the capital and the largest city of the American state of Ohio. Finally, Mr. Braddish arranged fixed rate, acquisition financing in the amount of $7.613 million for Corporate Woods Office Park in Virginia Beach Virginia Beach, resort city (1990 pop. 393,069), independent and in no county, SE Va., on the Atlantic coast; inc. 1906. In 1963, Princess Anne co. and the former small town of Virginia Beach were merged, giving the present city an area of 302 sq mi (782 sq km). , Va. in a 1031 exchange. The initial borrowing entity, FOR 1031 Corporate Woods LLC, will be solely owned and managed by FOR 1031 LLC until such time as a tenant-in-common owner group has been formed. Corporate Woods Business Park consists of two buildings, offering 106,019 s/f of space. The properties are located at 5029 and 5041 Corporate Woods Drive. Citigroup Capital Markets provided the funding.
