The next four transactions arranged by Mr. Braddish were all Tenant-In-Common (TIC) transactions--TIC transactions have become an attractive investment option and capital solution in today's capital markets environment.

, acquisition financing was secured for two different properties: A competitive $13,160,000 three-year interest only loan, provided by Citigroup Global Markets Realty Corp., was arranged for Westar II, a newly constructed Class A office building located at 550 Polaris Parkway in Westerville, Ohio; and a $6,450,000 loan, provided by Greenwich Capital, was arranged for Cypress Creek Tower, a 62,476 square foot office property located at 800 West Cypress Creek Road in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The purchase of 550 Polaris Parkway adds another Class A office property on Polaris Parkway to Cabot Investment's portfolio--in 2004 they purchased 570 Polaris Parkway.

The last two TIC transactions were arranged on behalf of Western America Equities LLC, a real estate investment management firm with investments in numerous major metropolitan areas covering eleven states.
