Brad boy Brit chips bike away.

BRASSED-OFF Brit Bradley Wiggins Bradley Wiggins, OBE (born April 28, 1980) is an English professional track and road bicycle racer. He won three medals on the track at the 2004 Summer Olympics.

The son of a professional cyclist, Gary Wiggins, Bradley Wiggins was born in Ghent, Belgium but grew up in Maida
threw away his bike in disgust as his title hopes hit the skids at the world time-trial championship in Switzerland yesterday.

The triple Olympic gold Olympic Gold is the official video game of the XXV Olympic Summer Games, hosted by Barcelona, Spain in 1992. It was released for the Sega consoles, Mega Drive/Genesis and Master System, and Sega's handheld, Game Gear.  medallist had high hopes as he started the 31-mile course at the Road World Championships in Mendrisio.

However, he was quickly overtaken by Swiss star Fabian Cancellara Fabian Cancellara (born March 18, 1981) is a Swiss professional road bicycle racer. A time trial specialist, he is the current, and two time, World Time Trial Champion. In 2006 he also became the only second Swiss winner of the Classic one-day race Paris-Roubaix, following Heiri  who went on to bag victory in dominant fashion.

To make matters worse, Wiggins suffered mechanical trouble on the final lap when still in contention for the bronze medal.

He was unable to get a rapid bike change because his car had been held up behind riders who were following him on the course.

The furious star thenthrew his bike away and was left standing by the roadside until a back-up arrived.

Wiggins, who finished fourth in the Tour de France in July, eventually limped in almost five minutes adrift of Cancellara in 21st place.

The 29-year-old, who was forced to change bikes because of a brake problem, said: "To be honest I've had a lot of luck this year.

"A bit of bad luck at the end of the year is the way it goes. It was probably my own fault.

"I've taken a few risks with equipment and unfortunately the luck ran out here."
