Mr. Garlinghouse will continue in his role as strategic advisor and director with his current CMGI @Ventures portfolio companies.

Dialpad provides registered users with free local and long-distance phone calls to any U.S. phone number, including residential, business and cell phones. The company has registered more than seven million users in the seven months it has been in operation, with an average of 30,000 new members signing up for free calling service every day. On average, 90 percent of the site's 250,000 daily visitors are repeat users who make more than 750,000 calls and talk for over 4.5 million minutes -- per day.

Mr. Garlinghouse brings both extensive experience and cross-industry contacts within the telecommunications, cable and Internet industries to Dialpad. Before joining CMGI @Ventures, he was with the @Home Network, the leading broadband Internet service provider, where he was responsible for business development focusing on @Home's broadband portal. Prior to his tenure with @Home, Mr. Garlinghouse was with TCI (Trustworthy Computing Initiative) An umbrella term from Microsoft for its efforts to improve security in Windows. TCI was announced in 2002 after viruses such as Code Red and Nimda had succeeded in attacking numerous Windows computers.  Internet Services where he helped launch the first commercially available cable modem service.
