Bozell Group Named As Agency For Ban.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 4, 2000

Bozell Group has been named creative agency of record for Ban(R) Anti-Perspirant/Deodorant by The Andrew Jergens Company of Cincinnati, OH.

The Andrew Jergens Company, a leading marketer and manufacturer of moisturizing, cleansing and facial care products and a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

 of Japan, recently acquired Ban from Chattem, Inc., of Chattanooga, TN.

The Ban assignment represents an extension of the agency's relationship with The Andrew Jergens Company. The Bozell Group has been creative agency of record for the Curel(R) brand, a line of therapeutic moisturizers moisturizers

hydroscopic agents, applied to the skin and hair, as creams, rinses or shampoos, to increase hydration of the stratum corneum. Examples are propylene glycol, glycerine and lactate.
