Boymelgreen sells 15 Broad to not-for-profit organization.


Newmark Capital Group and Leviev Boymelgreen have announced the sale of a commercial condominium at 15 Broad Street to Tides Shared Spaces, a San Francisco-based not-for-profit organization that develops infrastructure projects for other not-for-profits.

The commercial condominium is located within Leviev Boymelgreen's enormously successful luxury residential building, Downtown by Philippe Starck Philippe Patrick Starck (born January 18, 1949) is a well-known French designer and probably the best known designer in the New Design style. Leviev Boymelgreen recently acquired 14 Wall Street. It will contain a number of commercial condominiums and Leviev Boymelgreen plans to reserve a portion of this space for not-for-profit tenants. Brian Waterman, executive vice president of Newmark and Howard J. Kesseler, senior managing director of Newmark will lead the sales and leasing team at 14 Wall.
