Boymelgreen puts RKF in charge of his retail portfolio.

 has been selected as exclusive retail leasing agent for properties in Leviev Boymelgreen's portfolio.

The new assignments include 20 Pine Street, 341-347 Broadway also known as 88 Leonard Street, and 416-424 Washington Street The following streets in the United States are called Washington Street:
  • Washington Street (Alexandria), in Alexandria, Virginia
  • Washington Street (Baltimore), in Baltimore, Maryland, running near Johns Hopkins Hospital
 in Manhattan; and 84 Front Street, 85 Adams Street and 75 Smith Street in Brooklyn.

Robert K. Futterman, chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , Ariel Schuster, managing director and A. Izzy Anthony, associate are leasing 34,278 s/f of retail space at 20 Pine Street.

The 38-story, newly converted luxury condominium building, features 409 units designed by Armani/Casa. The RKF RKF Rapid Knowledge Formation  team is marketing the space to restaurants and upscale eateries. The space will be available for occupancy in the first quarter 2007.

At 88 Leonard Street, Futterman, Schuster and Richard Gelber, director, are marketing one retail unit totaling 4,184 s/f on the ground floor, which is marketed as community space.

The 345 Broadway side of the building has four units totaling 7,181 s/f, and is being marketed as general retail space.

Futterman and Mark Kapnick, senior director are marketing the available ground floor retail space at the newly constructed condominiums at 416-424 Washington Street in Tribeca also known as River Lofts.

Leviev Boymelgreen has also retained RKF to market and lease three retail spaces in Brooklyn including 84 Front Street (The Nexus), 85 Adams Street (The Beacon), which are new residential developments in Brooklyn's trendy Dumbo Dumbo

Also this week, RKF was tapped to market the sale and leasing of the retail condominium located at 1251 Lexington Avenue on behalf of an institutional client.

The building comprises 9,000 s/f of prime retail space. The leasing aspect of the assignment is nearly complete, with a strong mix of retailers.

Based on unsolicited offers already received, the retail space should command in excess of $26 million.

RKF senior vice president Jeff Fishman is representing the institutional client in the sales transaction, while managing director Ariel Schuster and director Richard Gelber are overseeing the leasing of the retail space.
