Boyd launches Celtic bid; SCOTTISH PREMIER LEAGUE.

"It's easy to get your confidence up when you're scoring goals and that's down to Kenny and the four midfielders.

"To have 18 goals is down to my team-mates. It's important to get a run going but as long as the chances are still there, that's the most important thing.

"That's been the case every week and fortunately enough in the last few weeks, I've been able to take them."

"I'm a footballer and I want to play in every game," he added. "I'm no different from anyone else.

"The Celtic games are a bit special and I want to be part of that next week.

"I've got another goal so all I can do is wait to see if I'm in the team for next week. It's the gaffer's decision, there is nothing I can do about it. I've done my bit on the park."
