Magar came from the Baglung District of Nepal and is dubbed as a "little Buddha" by the villagers. is a giant among record holders. At just 2ft tall, the 17-year-old is four months away from being named the world's smallest man. Khagendra and his family are in contact with Guinness to make sure he takes the crown from China's 20-year-old He Ping Ping, who is 2ft 5in, when he turns 18 in October - and can officially be classed as a man.
