Boy impaled on railing.A boy was taken to hospital at the weekend after he was impaled through the lip on a metal railing. The seven-year-old was rescued at Dissington Place in Fenham, Newcastle, on Saturday night. He was given oxygen at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Newcastle General Hospital.
