Like a lot of bands, we are managed by the label,'' said Matt. ``We have decided as a group that we want to get ourselves a manager. Pete is employed by the record label to do our A&R. ``We have got a meeting on Wednesday with a management company for discussions,but at this stage I do not want to say anything else in case it comes to nothing.''
