He died at the scene. Last night, one local resident said: "It must have been a horrible accident. The boy had just delivered a pint of milk to my door. "It happened right outside my front gate. I did not see what happened. "I only found out there had been a bad accident when the ambulance arrived." A police spokesman said their inquiries into the incident were continuing. They appealed for witnesses. A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal. |
