 world lightweight champ Manny Pacquiao of the Philippines in Las Vegas on December 6 - but no titles will be at stake.

De La Hoya, 35, has won titles at six different weights but knows he has a fight on his hands. "I need to find more speed in the ring," he said.

Pacquiao, 29, said: "I'm faster and younger and I think I can beat him." The fight will take place at the MGM Grand.
