Boxing: MIDDLETON'S A MIDDLEWEIGHT BY COMPARISON.

BIG AUDLEY Harrison Audley Harrison, (born on October 26, 1971 in London), is a British Heavyweight boxer. In 2000 in Sydney he became the first Briton to win an Olympic gold medal in the Superheavyweight division since the competition's inception in 1984.  will go into the Wembley ring tonight with a near three-stone weight advantage over American no-hoper Mike Middleton.

Harrison tipped the scales at 18st 8lb at yesterday's weigh-in at Brent Cross Brent Cross in London is best known as the first shopping centre of its kind to be built in the UK. Situated on the North Circular between the southern terminus of the M1 motorway and the Brent Cross Flyover in the London Borough of Barnet and taking its name from the River Brent  in London.

Middleton, who has lost nearly as many fights as he has won during his pro career, weighed in at 16st. No wonder bookies make Harrison the red-hot favourite at an incredible 50-1 ON.

ago bookies Hills offered 4-1 about a first-round triumph for Harrison - butt those odds have been forced down to 4-5 by punters who cannot see Middleton going beyond the opening round.

In fact so limited are his chances that internet bookies Blue Square offer 11-8 for Middleton to still be standing after four minutes.

Harrison's status as Britain's first Olympic champion in the ring since 1968, and his presence on prime-time television, ensure that this will be a heavyweight pro debut in the media spotlight like no other, not even that of his predecessor with the same gold medal gold medal
