But Peters also revealed that not one boxing fan has asked for their money back after Olympic silver medallist Egan pulled out a fortnight ago.

"We sat down and wanted to come up with something a little innovative," said Peters, who has spent close to EURlm on the night and only has a handful of tickets left to sell.

"There won't be too many more nights like this in Irish boxing".
