Boxer Cross Appoints Yuval Wasserman Senior Vice President.

Boxer Cross, Inc., the leading innovator and pioneer of new metrology solutions for in-line electrical(TM) measurement of semiconductor devices, today announced that industry veteran Yuval Wasserman has joined the company as senior vice president--a new position, reporting to Boxer Cross CEO and President Michele Klein.

With responsibility for sales, marketing, applications and customer support, Wasserman will leverage his more than 17 years of experience in the semiconductor industry to help chipmakers accelerate the integration of Boxer Cross' breakthrough metrology solutions into their advanced process lines.

Wasserman comes to Boxer Cross from Eaton Semiconductor Equipment Operations, where he was general manager of the Fusion Systems Division. At Fusion, Wasserman led the development and launch of new products and applications, significantly increasing revenue and market share. Prior to Fusion, Wasserman served as vice president of marketing and technology at AG Associates, where he was instrumental in the development and growth of the company's RTP business. He began his career in 1983 at National Semiconductor, where he held various process engineering and management positions.

Wasserman earned a bachelors of science degree in chemical engineering from Ben Gurion University in Israel, and studied business at the Stanford University Executive Institute.
