OVERVIEW: For ISVs, a large customer base can present problems
when each customer requires customized software. Developing
and updating those custom applications can be an enormous task
and it becomes impossible for these companies to take on any
new customers. During this web seminar, Fidelity Information
Systems (FIS) will describe how they used technology to tackle
these challenges. This will include a rare look inside FIS'
application development process to see firsthand how they
improved the quality of their software while reducing
        development time.

Ryan Caplan, Development Manager, Internet Banking Solutions,
        Fidelity Information Services, Inc.

Caplan has nearly 10 years of software development and project
management experience in his role with Sanchez Computer
Associates (acquired by FIS in 2004). Recently, Caplan was
appointed development manager in charge of all Internet
banking application development for FIS. Caplan has been
the driving force behind implementing the Bowstreet
Factory within the Sanchez and FIS organizations.

Nicole Carrier, Product Marketing Manager, Bowstreet

Carrier brings almost 10 years of IT and product marketing
experience to her role at Bowstreet, where she drives the
product roadmap and market requirements for Bowstreet
products. Prior to Bowstreet, Carrier worked for a small
software startup in Scotland and worked as a Senior
        Consultant for CSC.
