Ricketts brings more than 20 years of experience with high-growth technology companies to his new position and will be responsible for leading Bowstreet's product and corporate marketing efforts. Ricketts will build on the momentum of 2003, aggressively driving Bowstreet's initiatives in new markets, such as online travel and financial services.

In his tenure with Emptoris, he completed the successful acquisition of Zeborg, a leading spend analytics company, and played a key role in forming a major partnership agreement with IBM. Prior to Emptoris, Ricketts co-founded ScanSoft, a $280M provider of productivity software products for consumer, small business and corporate markets, and held the role of Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. He was instrumental in taking the company public in March 1999, launching several award-winning products, and growing the company from $4M to $110M in revenue over a 5-year period.
