As part of the June 19 conference in New York City, the panel will examine the retention, recruitment and termination of key employees; the use of financial instruments to formulate management teams; ESOPs, stock options, cash, convertibles and other executive compensation issues; and the integration of PE operational experts into portfolio companies.
