Bowling Green Technical College culinary student Alexis Bradford was recognized as the Kentucky Restaurant Association Culinary Student of the Year. The association annually honors those who have demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication to the food service industry. Bradford moved to Bowling Green three years ago from Madison, Wis. After receiving a degree in graphic communications from Carroll College in Wisconsin, she was unable to find a job in that field, so she decided to further her education in a field that she has always loved. In addition to her studying, Bradford is a member of the American Culinary Federation, Woman Chefs and Restaurateurs and is a member of the National Technical Honor Society.
