Dr. Doug Broome officiated. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Bowen of Waynesboro. Her grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. James L. Felts and Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Bowen. She is the great-granddaughter of Mrs. Robert Prussing. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Perry Baygents of Waynesboro. He is the grandson of Mrs. Carey Mashburn and the late Mr. Mashburn and Mr. Bodie Baygents and the late Mrs. Baygents. The bride, escorted by her father, wore a strapless strap·less adj.
