This week will mark the restart To resume computer operation after a planned or unplanned termination. See boot, warm boot and checkpoint/restart.  of Thunder Bay's Bowater Number 5 paper machine after the company shut it and the Number 4 machine down in mid September. Both machines were temporarily shut down due to low consumption, high power costs and high Canadian dollar Noun 1.
