17-Story, 414-Room Flagship Property to Be Located in

San Francisco's Booming South of Market Area

Bovis Construction Corp., a leading construction company, today announced that the company is managing the development of five new Marriott properties in the San Francisco Bay Area “Bay Area” redirects here. For other uses, see Bay Area (disambiguation).

The flagship property is a 17-story, 414-room structure, which will be conveniently located at 299 Second Street in San Francisco's South of Market Area, within walking distance of the new Metreon, The Museum of Modern Art and numerous shops and restaurants.
