Bovis Inc. Appoints Feigin and Promotes Melson to Top Posts; Feigin named Executive Vice President, Legal Services, Melson becomes Executive President of the Northwest Region.

Bovis, Inc., one of the largest construction services companies in America, has named Michael M. Feigin, Esq. as Executive Vice President, Legal Services. Bovis has also announced the promotion of Mark Melson to fill the newly created Executive Vice President position of Lehrer McGovern Bovis, Inc.

Feigin, 38, was previously Vice President, General Manager for Lehrer McGovern Bovis and Associate General Counsel for Bovis before leaving Bovis briefly to join the law firm of Rivelis, Pawa & Blum. He carries with him 15 years of construction and legal experience. Feigin assumes responsibility for all legal functions while also overseeing Risk Management and Safety for the Company.

Melson, 43, joined Bovis in 1985 as Associate General Counsel and was promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel in 1989. In this position, he has worked closely with the operations arm of Bovis bringing a wealth of knowledge to his new role. As Executive Vice President of Lehrer McGovern Bovis, Inc., Melson will assist the Northeast Region President, Peter Marchetto, in managing the Region, which includes New York and the New England States.
