Bovie Medical Corporation to Report Record Revenues for the Second Quarter.

MELVILLE, N.Y. -- Bovie Medical Corporation ("the Company") (Amex:BVX), a premier manufacturer and marketer of electrosurgery products, announced that it expects to report in August that the recently completed second quarter was the highest revenue quarter in Company history. Bovie's previous highest quarter was $4.7 million recorded in the first quarter of fiscal 2004.
