Bovance, a cattle cloning company formed in 2007 as a joint-venture between ViaGen and Trans Ova Genetics, Sioux Center, IA, names Diane Broek as the new company's GM.

Broek previously has been with Trans Ova Genetics and has more than 27 years of experience working with advanced reproductive technologies. Most recently serving as a product and area sales manager, her past responsibilities have included Customer Service Director, Laboratory Director, and Embryologist.
