Boutique inks Harlem deal.


Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph Aquino, executive vice president, along with Arthur Maglio of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Leasing, Marketing and Sales Division, have leased a storefront at 171 Lenox Avenue to NHrlem, the cutting-edge home ddcor and the latest apparel and accessories.

Prudential Douglas Elliman represented both the landlord and tenant.

"N" has been a presence in the neighborhood since it opened its doors nearby on West 116th Street in 2005, bringing an avant-garde style to Mount Morris Park, an area then dominated by hip-hop-themed fashions.
