), a New York-based investment management firm, today announced that Michael Keohane has joined the firm as a partner.

Keohane, whose primary responsibility will be co-managing BCM's hedge fund hedge fund, in finance, a highly speculative, largely unregulated investment device. Keohane has over 14 years of experience as an investing professional. Goldman Sachs was founded in 1869, and is headquartered in the Lower Manhattan area of New York City at 85 Broad Street. , where he was responsible for trading the firm's capital in the municipal bond secondary market. He later joined J.P. Morgan, where he served as vice president and senior equity research analyst, covering the retail and consumer durable sectors. After five years with Morgan, Keohane joined Alliance Capital Management, LP, where he was promoted to senior vice president and portfolio manager. In that role, he co-managed the firm's mid-capitalization growth equity product, which had $1.8 billion of institutional and mutual fund assets Fund assets
