The body sanctions two major national touring series. It is best known for sanctioning a national tour of sprint cars.  (WoO) Sprint and WoO Late Model Series Annual Banquet ceremonies.

After an exciting season that included 96 races in 27 different states, Steve Kinser, "The King of the Outlaws", in the Steve Kinser Racing #11 Quaker State Maxim, walked away with his 19th WoO Sprint Series Championship and a check for $200,000 in Las Vegas during the series' annual banquet held at the Harley Davidson Cafe. , Kinser celebrated his 500th WoO feature win at Houston Raceway Park in March and ended the year with a 246 point lead over Danny Lasoski in the Tony Stewart Motorsports #20 JD Byrider Eagle.

"It feels great to win the championship, we had a great season and everybody on the team worked hard and earned this championship," said Kinser. "DIRT MotorSports is heading in the right direction with the series. They are forward-thinking and are taking steps to help make the series bigger and better which is very promising."

During the WoO Sprint Series Annual Banquet a second generation Kinser was also recognized as the 2004 WoO Sprint Series Rookie of the Year Rookie of the Year may refer to:
  • Rookie of the Year (award), a sports award for the most outstanding rookie in a given season
  • Rookie of the Year (film), a 1993 starring Thomas Ian Nicholas
  • Rookie of the Year (album) by rapper Ya Boy
 honor was awarded to 20-year-old Kraig Kinser in the Steve Kinser Racing #11K Delco-Remy Maxim. Kraig Kinser who finished the year an impressive 7th in points standings, received a check for $25,000 and the keys to a 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle sponsored by Sleep Centers of America, Inc. The "First Lady" of the World of Outlaws Sprint Series, 23-year-old Erin Crocker, in the Mike Woodring #16 Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, at Troy, N.Y.; coeducational; founded and opened 1824 as Rensselaer School; chartered 1826. The weekend prior to the WoO Sprint Series Annual Banquet, after an exciting 40-race season spanning 14 different states, the WoO Late Model Series recognized Champion Scott Bloomquist and his Bloomquist #0 Miller Brothers Coal Ford Taurus during a ceremony held at Sam's Town Hotel and Casino in Tunica, Miss. where he received a check for $75,000.

"For a series to be put together in such a short period of time and be so successful it shows a lot of backbone on part of the officials and the drivers," said Bloomquist. "It shows that if we all work together there is nothing that can't be accomplished."

The 2004 WoO Late Model Series Rookie of the Year Award Rookie of the Year award is newly established in 1985 that third season in K-League. Many star palyers were received this award such as Lee Dong-Gook, Lee Chun-Soo, and so on. , a check for $10,000 and the keys to a new late model chassis were then presented to Tim McCreadie in the AC Speedworld #39 Sweeteners Plus Chevrolet Monte Carlo The Chevrolet Monte Carlo was an American mid-size car. McCreadie was able to not only run the full WoO season, but the DIRT Modified season as well, making a major statement in both series runs.
