Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc. Launches Marketing Efforts for Dirtvision's ``October Cyberfest'' Subscriptions.

NORMAN, Okla. -- Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc. (Boundless) (OTCBB:BMSR) recently launched marketing efforts for Dirtvision's live "October Cyberfest" subscriber package during its premiere episode of "Dirt Doggs," the live online talk show targeted to hardcore dirt racing fans. The Dirtvision "October Cyberfest" package features 12 scheduled live cybercasts during the month of October, including select World of Outlaws Sprint Series, World of Outlaws Late Model and DIRT Modified Series events, for $9.99 per subscriber.

Since February, Dirtvision has broadcast a variety of dirt track racing events live and on-demand through their web site (www.dirtvision.com) with more than 10,000 registered users to date. October will be the first month during which users will have to subscribe to view the live cybercasts. The Dirt Doggs program, which features A-list guests such as Steve Kinser, Scott Bloomquist and Brett Hearn, has been used to promote the "October Cyberfest" package and gives viewers a taste of the cutting-edge programming available only through Dirtvision.

With the dirt track racing season drawing to a close, once the results of the "October Cyberfest" subscription drive have been reviewed, promotional efforts will shift to the development of Dirtvision subscription options for the 2005 season. Dirtvision also plans to develop an online store which will feature sales of VHS and DVD copies of broadcasts as well as select merchandise from the World of Outlaws Sprint Series, World of Outlaws Late Model Series and DIRT Modified Series.
