) today responded to the recent decline in its stock price, which it believes is a reaction to the report of its first quarter results.

J. Gerald Combs, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Boundless Corporation stated, "Numbers sometimes do not present an accurate picture. While our operating results for the first quarter of 2000 were adversely affected by the required investment in our two new subsidiaries, we believe that these investments will bear both short and long term benefits to Boundless and its shareholders by providing significant growth opportunities in both the internet appliance and contract manufacturing markets. Recent improved sales activity suggests that prior Y2K See Y2K problem and Y2K compliant.

Boundless' gross revenues have rebounded from first quarter levels and, based upon sales to date, second quarter performance should show substantial improvement with gross profit margins of our core business at historic levels;
