Boundless Announces Agreement to Manufacture Optical Cable Assemblies for DataWorld.

Boundless expands service offering to include cable assembly by

acquiring DataWorld's manufacturing assets

Boundless Manufacturing Services, Inc. (Boundless), a subsidiary of Boundless Corporation (AMEX:BND) announced today that it has signed definitive agreements with DataWorld Solutions Inc. (OTCBB:DWLD.BB) (Frankfurt - VRX).

These agreements provide for the outsourcing of all optical and copper cable assembly to Boundless. In addition, the two companies announced their intent to sign a Joint Marketing Agreement that provides for collaboration in an effort to bring an expanded set of design, integration and supply-chain solutions to both DataWorld and Boundless' customers. As part of the agreements, Boundless will acquire inventory and capital equipment to be used in support of manufacturing cable assemblies for DataWorld and other customers. To maintain proximity to the outsourced manufacturing and to collaborate closely with Boundless on design, technology and services, DataWorld will move its corporate headquarters into Boundless' 155,000 sq. Ft. Technology Park located in Hauppauge, NY.
